The Prime objective of this company is to develop an Iron Ore Mine first time in Nepal and establish an Iron/Steel industry based on the Dhaubadi Iron Ore Deposit and other indigenous Iron ore deposits around the country.

Specific goals and objectives are outlined below:

• To reduce the import of iron and iron-related products.
• Fulfill a significant amount of Iron products required in the country’s demand.
• To assist in the industrialization of local areas as well as the country concerning the economic development of Nepal.
• To create employment opportunities and increase revenue.
• To utilize the by-products such as quartzite and slag as construction materials.
• To conduct research and explore the Iron Ore deposits all over the country.
• To establish an Indigenous iron ore-based industry shortly.
• To implement new and advanced technology for mining and processing which ultimately promotes the production of iron.
• Develop well-skilled and trained national manpower in the iron ore mine and Iron/steel industries.
